1. Refund Eligibility

Because Pixbify provides ongoing, professional digital marketing services (such as strategy, campaign setup, content creation, and management), refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of work completed:

• Before work has commenced: if you cancel a paid engagement before any strategy, setup, or campaign work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus any payment gateway charges actually deducted by PayU.
• After work has commenced: if cancellation occurs after work has started, you are eligible for a partial refund corresponding to the unused portion of the engagement, after deducting fees for work already completed, hours spent, and any third-party or ad-spend costs already incurred on your behalf.
• After a milestone or deliverable is completed: fees for milestones, deliverables, or campaign periods that have already been completed and delivered are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Process

1. Submit your cancellation request by email or through our Contact page.
2. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the amount of work completed to date.
3. We will confirm the applicable refund amount, if any, based on the eligibility criteria above.
4. Once agreed, the refund is processed to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 7 business days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, via our payment gateway partner, PayU.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after it has been initiated on our end.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Fees for services, deliverables, or campaign periods that have already been completed and delivered.
• Third-party costs already spent on your behalf, such as ad spend on Google, Meta, or LinkedIn, and any third-party subscription or licensing fees purchased for your campaign.
• Cases where a campaign under-performs relative to expectations, provided the work was delivered in line with the agreed scope and strategy.
• Delays or issues caused by the client, such as late approvals, missing assets, or lack of access to required accounts.
• Payment gateway or transaction charges levied by PayU or the issuing bank, which are non-recoverable by us.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you experience a failed transaction where an amount was deducted but the payment was not confirmed, or a duplicate payment was made in error, please contact us immediately with your transaction details. We will verify the transaction with PayU and process an appropriate refund once confirmed.
